1.  What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

   Returns of Fine Art Prints: Any returns of fine art prints, please contact Skyline Art Printers.

   Returns of Merchandise: Any returns of merchandise (cards, mugs, etc.), please contact

   Returns of Original Art: If you are not happy with your original art piece, you may return it for a full credit of the cost       df(excluding shipping charges) by following these simple steps:
         1.    email to inform me that you will be returning a piece of art
         2.    Ship your item back to me in its original packaging within two weeks of receiving it. I strongly encourage you to

2.  Why do you have different a purchasing process for prints versus other merchandise?

You mention on your website that "Purchasing Flower Cards and Gifts are a separate process from purchasing Fine Art Prints. Cards and Gifts will not appear in the same shopping cart and will be shipped separate from Fine Art Prints." I have two vendors providing products. By using the vendor I do for Fine Art Prints (Skyline Art Printers) I am able to give you, the art lover, a better experience. Prints are great quality, can come framed or matted, and can be on a variety of substrates. By using this vendor you have options for purchasing the exact art that you want. You also are able to see the work of art on a wall before purchasing - click on "Wall Preview" button when picking options for your print. The vendor that provides the cards, mugs, etc. does not provide a quality fine art print product or as full a viewing experience. The fine art print provider specializes in fine art prints. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me.

3.  You mention your works will last for a long time if properly framed, matted and displayed - what is the best way to do this?

For both original paintings and prints, display the work out of direct sunlight and humid conditions. Direct sunlight is the number one issue with the durability of art work, especially those on paper.

For oil paintings, avoid extremely humid conditions and clean once a year. If there is dust on the painting, simply remove dust with a duster or compressed air. Every few years, a mild cleaner, like glass cleaner, can be sprayed on a lint-free cloth (do not spray directly on the painting) and used to wipe down the surface of the painting. If you go many years (15 years or more) without cleaning the painting, please take it to a frame shop or art conservator to have it cleaned.

Of course, proper handling of the art is important. Do not drop it and use the appropriate hanging hardware so it does not fall off the wall.
